• We will cover the cost of this service, including Estate Agency fees (subject to your agreement with us) - making your life so much easier!
• This enables you to spend less time managing the technicalities and spend more time relaxing and looking forward to moving into your beautiful new home.

What Assisted move includes

• An accurate and independent valuation from at least two local Estate Agents.
• A marketing strategy to sell your current home quickly and efficiently within our agreed period, through their nationwide network of Estate Agents.
• Weekly progress reports including feedback on viewings.
• Negotiation and qualification of all offers to ensure you get the best possible price for your home.
