Your Assisted Move application completed by your New Homes Advisor is submitted.
The agent will contact you directly and arrange for at least two local estate agents to inspect and value your existing home.
Each agent who visits will compile a detailed and independent report including price recommendations and similar comparable properties on the market and sold in your area.
A selling price will be agreed with you and we will ask you to sign an Assisted Move agreement with us before putting your Gentoo home on hold for 6 – 8 weeks.
Two local estate agents will market your property.
The agent will oversee all aspects of the marketing of your property and provide weekly progress reports to your New Homes Advisor.
When an acceptable offer is made we will ensure things run smoothly through to completion.
