We bought a Gentoo Home

  • Thank you to Gentoo Homes for our wonderful new home in the heart of Gosforth! We love living in close proximity to well-known restaurants, parks and schools, and feel perfectly placed for a young family. The house also compliments our day-to-day family life. We love the kitchen which has a beautiful finish and is perfect for entertaining guests due to the bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. The whole house is spacious and finished to a high quality and has everything we need to comfortably live as a growing family. Gentoo Homes staff have been friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to say a special thanks to our New Homes Advisor Kevin, Sales Manager Nicola and Site Manager Bradley.

  • Gentoo's Lansdowne development is in a terrific location - right in the heart of Gosforth with an eclectic mix of shops, cafes, restaurants and leisure facilities right on the doorstep. Internally the house is everything I could have hoped for and more - the kitchen in particular is gigantic and well-designed with more storage space than I know what to do with. The rest of the property is superbly presented to Gentoo's high specification and once I had completed I could not move in soon enough. I dealt with Kevin as New Homes Advisor and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the property. He was a good communicator at every stage and was a real pleasure to deal with.
