Our latest project, Scholars' Gardens is a development providing 99 homes on the former Chapel Park Middle School site in Newcastle. We have began works on site and are looking forward to opening our Marketing Suite later this Summer with the first homes ready to move into at the end of this year.

Scholars' Gardens will consist of spacious two-bedroom bungalows and a combination of three, four and five bedroom homes. The majority of homes will be made available for sale with 16 properties qualifying for Shared Ownership.

The development will also provide high quality, publicly available open space which connects existing areas of open space to the north and the south which will benefit the local community. Also as a profit for purpose organisation all financial surplus is reinvested into the Gentoo Group's affordable housing provision.

More information about the development will be released soon and we will be holding a pre-launch event off-site in June and once confirmed details will be updated on this page.
