Gentoo Homes help fund Community Centre improvement works
We’re delighted to announce we have recently made a financial contribution through our Community Fund to Lanchester Community Centre. The community centre is a self-funded charity that provides education, leisure and community activities for local residents.
The community fund donation has been used to install panelling in meeting room 3 to help preserve the wall and improve the appearance of the busy meeting room.
Anthony Lowther, Managing Director of Gentoo Homes, said: “We’re proud to support community groups and charities in the places where we build our homes. We are a responsible developer and believe it is important to support a cause that is at the heart of the local community. The new panels are just a small part of the ongoing improvement works at the community centre and I look forward to seeing how they take shape in the near future.”
We are currently building an exclusive collection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom luxury homes on their Lanchester Rise development, located just off Howden Bank, Lanchester.
The Community Fund was created to enable local people to improve their community by supporting a range of different causes in the areas we build our developments. For more information on the community fund visit: www.gentoohomes.com/community-fund
