Following the Government's recent announcement on the Covid-19 pandemic, Gentoo Homes Customer Care Team have taken the decision to work remotely from home with effect from Monday 9 November 2020 until further notice. 

If you need to report a routine repair or re-schedule an existing appointment please contact Diane Longstaff on 07979704190, if you live on the following developments, Bramblewood, Highfields Manor or Lanchester Rise. 

If you live at Meadow View, Sandpiper View or Cottier Grange please contact Danielle McCoy on 07525669059.  

For all other enquires please call 07736028742 or 07435973798 as a replacement of our 0191 525 5900 line which will not be back in operation until the team return to the office.

Alternatively, you can email customercare@gentoohomes.com and a member of the team will call you back as soon as possible.

Our Customer Care hours remain as 08:30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 12:00pm
