I was immediately impressed by Cottier Grange, the beautiful driveway and landscaped grounds certainly have the wow factor! The location is fantastic, the development has a rural feel with a multitude of woodland walks on the doorstep. Purchasing my home, The Simonburn, was a great experience - the Sales Executive was very professional and organised, keeping me regularly updated throughout. They made what can be a stressful time very straightforward. The Simonburn is a fantastic style home with well-proportioned rooms and the kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space. My garden is also a very good size and for me further adds to the quiet, rural feel. I am very happy with my new home!

The Bywell house style has exceeded our expectations - we love the layout and space it has provided us with. The Sales Executive is lovely and guided us through our purchase with advice and made the whole process a joy. The handover was brilliant, all was explained in detail and we are very happy with the quality of our new home. All appliances were explained and demonstrated so we could understand how to operate them - the Site Manager had great product knowledge. We felt extremely valued and special throughout our move in day. A stressful time was made exciting and memorable by both the Sales and Site teams. We cannot fault any part of the process and can only praise Gentoo Homes, they have been fantastic with attention to detail and courtesy of our needs.

Both my partner and I have experienced an exceptionally high level of customer service throughout. As first-time buyers it can be very daunting and overwhelming however the Sales Executive has been great at keeping in contact with us every step of the way, and answering all of our questions. It has been a lovely experience to date.
I feel very lucky to own a home on this beautiful development. The Sales Executive was great at updating us and our welcome gift was a really nice touch that we were very appreciative of. The Site Manager was also very pleasant, approachable, professional and knowledgeable.

The Sales Executive kept me updated on a weekly basis even without prompting. This is my first home and they made the purchase process a lot less stressful than it could have been. My home was in great condition at handover and everything was explained well by the Site Manager. I can't fault the whole process.
