We bought a Gentoo Home

• Thank you to Gentoo Homes for our wonderful new home in the heart of Gosforth! We love living in close proximity to well-known restaurants, parks and schools, and feel perfectly placed for a young family. The house also compliments our day-to-day family life. We love the kitchen which has a beautiful finish and is perfect for entertaining guests due to the bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. The whole house is spacious and finished to a high quality and has everything we need to comfortably live as a growing family. Gentoo Homes staff have been friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to say a special thanks to our New Homes Advisor Kevin, Sales Manager Nicola and Site Manager Bradley.

• As first time buyers we couldn’t have wished for a better first home. We absolutely love the layout of our Elder and were surprised with how remarkably spacious the layout is. Helena at Gentoo’ Calderstone site in Fenham has been exceptional. She has kept us in the loop and updated us throughout the different stages of the build. The development is ideal for us as we both work in Newcastle and everything is on our doorstep. We are over the moon to have completed and are excited at the thought of spending our first Christmas together with our little Jack Russell.

• We are extremely pleased with our new Elder home at Castle Rise. We are really impressed by the overall internal and external finish of our home, especially the high quality of the kitchen and bathroom fittings. It is very clear that care has been taken in every step of the build. Michael has also been excellent throughout the whole buying process, helping us every step of the way by ensuring we were kept informed of the build progress whilst we were still living in Kent. We are very happy in our new home and enjoy living back in Sunderland at Castle Rise as it’s in a great location with local amenities, the A 19 and popular shopping centres close by.

• Gentoo's Lansdowne development is in a terrific location - right in the heart of Gosforth with an eclectic mix of shops, cafes, restaurants and leisure facilities right on the doorstep. Internally the house is everything I could have hoped for and more - the kitchen in particular is gigantic and well-designed with more storage space than I know what to do with. The rest of the property is superbly presented to Gentoo's high specification and once I had completed I could not move in soon enough. I dealt with Kevin as New Homes Advisor and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the property. He was a good communicator at every stage and was a real pleasure to deal with.
