We are a proud 5-star NHBC accredited housing developer providing a range of high-quality two-bedroom bungalows to five-bedroom luxury homes throughout the region. Customer Experience Manager

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join Gentoo Homes in the role of Customer Care Manager to ensure a co-ordinated approach to the delivery of customer services to all customers within the 2-year Gentoo Homes warranty period. You will be responsible for managing our Aftercare Team which includes two Customer Experience Advisors and three Aftercare Operatives to facilitate effective and timely customer care solutions. You will lead and innovate the team and will be expected to explore new ways of working to ensure our customers receive a first-class service. You will also liaise with Contractors involved in the schemes. You will be required to produce regular reports using our defects management system.
