If you choose to buy a home with us you will benefit from receiving an NHBC Buildmark Warranty.
This means that as well as receiving a 10 year NHBC structural warranty which covers the cost of fixing damage caused by faults in the structural and weatherproofing parts of your home - you also receive a 2 year Gentoo builders fixtures and fittings warranty. This additional warranty is to help you avoid any worry of unexpected maintenance costs of specified fixtures and fittings occurring whilst settling into your new home.
