Gentoo Homes celebrates 5-star status

We are delighted to have been awarded five-star builder status by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

We have retained our five-star status and been recognised for our quality service throughout the home buying process, including the standard of our new homes and our exceptional customer service.

A five-star status means that more than 90% of our customers who completed the annual HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey would recommend us to a friend.

We currently have seven quality developments across the North East including our flagship Chester Gate development in Sunderland and the exclusive Cottier Grange site in the Tyne Valley.

This award follows our recent success at its Meadow View development in Houghton-le-Spring, Sunderland, where Site Manager Michael Fucile received a prestigious National Housing Building Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job award.
