I was immediately impressed by Cottier Grange, the beautiful driveway and landscaped grounds certainly have the wow factor! The location is fantastic, the development has a rural feel with a multitude of woodland walks on the doorstep. Purchasing my home, The Simonburn, was a great experience - the Sales Executive was very professional and organised, keeping me regularly updated throughout. They made what can be a stressful time very straightforward. The Simonburn is a fantastic style home with well-proportioned rooms and the kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space. The Bywell house style has exceeded our expectations - we love the layout and space it has provided us with.
